One of the cornerstone philosophies at Paul Transportation, Inc. involves providing Drivers with quality, up-to-date and safe equipment. We believe that our drivers deserve every advantage and we work hard to make sure they have the best possible tools to do their job. Our equipment is constantly updated and meticulously maintained. We utilize the latest technology and observe regular trade cycles.

Tractors
We operate Peterbilt (model 379,386 & 389) tractors. The average age of our company tractors is 1.5 years.
• Trade cycle - approximately 36 months or 365,000 miles
• Permanently assigned tractors - no slip seating
• Qualcomm satellite unit included in each tractor
• CB hook-up provided
• Caterpillar and Cummins 475 HP are standard
• 70 inch Ultracab sleepers are standard

Trailers
Our fleet of trailers are all aluminum 48 foot Reitnouer. The average age of our trailers is 3 years.
• All our units are 48' aluminum spread axles light weight
• 100% air-ride equipped
• Maximum cargo weight 50,000 pounds

Paul Transportation, Inc. fleet maintenance careers provide safe, reliable and roadworthy equipment that presents a positive image and enables our drivers to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Paul Transportation, Inc. fleet maintenance positions include skilled mechanics and other shop workers and supervisory positions, including: mechanic’s apprentice, ASE certified mechanic, lead mechanic, shop supervisor and Maintenance Manager.

• Fleet Diesel Truck/Trailer Mechanic: As a member of our team, you will participate in a results-oriented, fast-paced work environment performing tasks involving general truck and trailer repair, fleet preventive maintenance and truck systems diagnostics.
• Lead Mechanic: In addition to performing tasks involving general truck and trailer repair, fleet preventive maintenance and truck systems diagnostics, you will be responsible for daily scheduling, parts ordering, vendor control, daily operations of mechanics, and, when required, assisting in the training of mechanics.
