Requirements
•Occupational accident insurance coverage of $1,000,000.

Qualifications
•Must be 23 years of age
•One year OTR experience in the past three years
•At least 6 months verifiable flatbed experience within the last three years
•Steady work history. Excessive work history and preventable service failures may disqualify drivers
•Must have TWIC card (or provide proof of application prior to attending company orientation)
•No preventable accidents/incidents in the past 12 months or 3 in the last 3 years
•Suspension of CDL license within the last five (5) years must be reviewed by Safety prior to qualification
•No more than 3 moving violations on MVR within the past 3 years
•No more than 1 serious traffic violation in the last 3 years. Exceptions to hire a driver that has any of the following on their CDL will result in a probationary or conditional hire (in writing) from the Director of Human Resources, with agreement from the Safety Director
-Speeding excessively 15 mph or more
-Careless and/or Reckless Driving
-Making improper or erratic traffic lane changes
-Following the vehicle ahead too closely
-Driving a CMV without proper endorsements
•Valid CDL license from state in which the driver resides
•Must pass company’s Driving Performance written test (DPT)
•No D.U.I./D.W.I’s in the last 5 years and no more than one in a lifetime in any vehicle
•No drug related convictions EVER
•No felony convictions EVER
•Drivers cannot be on criminal probation for any reason. Prefer: it to read “Driver’s found to be on criminal probation must be qualified by HR. Condition hire letters will be required
•Must meet all applicable D.O.T regulations (including a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test)
•Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide appropriate records of proof
•No refusal to take Controlled Substance of Alcohol Test – Includes Pre-Employment
