Internship Program
Our internship program is designed to give you a true, hands-on experience in the world of logistics. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Management teams to gain exposure to all sides of the business. You won’t just be observing, you’ll be an active member of the team, involved in daily operations and entrusted with responsibilities that make a real impact. Strong communication, respect for others, and building positive relationships with customers, carriers, and colleagues are at the core of everything we do. You’ll also gain exposure to the technology driving the industry forward, including automation tools and Transportation management systems such as McLeod Software. No two days in logistics are the same, and your internship will reflect that. Some responsibilities will be consistent throughout the summer, while others will vary based on short-term projects and business needs. This fast-paced industry demands adaptability and critical thinking, and we encourage you to stay curious, ask questions, and speak up if you see opportunities for improvement.
