Paul Logistics Throughout the Years

  1. 2003

    Paul Transportation Inc. is a premiere truckload carrier that began its operations in Enid, Oklahoma started by Troy Paul.

  2. 2006

    Arensdorf Trucking, Inc. (Medicine Lodge, Kansas): a historical trucking business originally started by Jerry and Marilyn Arensdorf with a single cattle truck. It grew into a house carrier for the National Gypsum Company with terminals in Medicine Lodge, KS, and Fort Dodge, IA, before the owners retired from the trucking industry in 2006 and the company was sold to Paul Transportation.

  3. 2009

    Paul Logistics was created to expand our service offering.

    New state of the art Headquarters in Tulsa, OK.

    Added Birmingham, AL terminal.

  6. 2020

    Added logistics office in Birmingham and centralized our customer service effort.

    Introduced our Fayetteville, AR office.

  8. 2022

    Paul Transportation acquired Frontier Leasing in Joplin, MO and expanded our brokerage services.

    Paul Logistics acquired certain specific assets of Xpedite Services.

  10. 2025

    Paul Logistics acquires certain specific assets of Gulf States Trucking.

    Paul has acquired COGI Logistic Solutions, a Houston-based freight forwarder, adding international ocean, air, and customs capability to our domestic brokerage and asset network.
